Kuwait Medal for the Liberation of Kuwait in Bronze in case.

This full size bronze and enamel medal was issued to  troops who participated in the liberation of Kuwait from Iraq during the first Gulf war.  It measures 40mm in diameter and is complete with the correct woven ribbon.

This Genuine example of this award is supplied in its thin plastic issue case and is complete with its separate medal ribbon bar.

Awarded by the Emirate of Kuwait to Allied Armed Forces personnel who participated in operations Desert Shield Desert Storm between 2 August 1990 and 31 August 1993.

To be eligible service members must have served in one or more of the following areas during the dates specified:

Arabian Gulf - Arabian Sea - Gulf of Oman - Gulf of Aden or
the total land areas of Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.
